Moscow expels 23 British diplomats from Russia amid increasing tensions over a nerve agent attack against former double agent, Sergei Skripal and his daughter on UK soul. The move comes in retaliation for Britain’s decision to remove 23 Russians – who Prime Minister Theresa May said were spies working under diplomatic cover.
