Instead users can send peer-to-peer payments. It’s a tantalizing prospect for YouTube users who feels like they’ve been pushed off the platform, even if the company feels otherwise. The question is whether an alternative platform can actually compete with YouTube and take some of YouTube’s biggest creators.
