Lynn De Rothschild has said in her latest Tweet Donald Trump Voters of "naive fools" if they are to believe he will be clearer on anti-corruption, anti-nepotism, and conflict of interest.
Her Tweet said:
Anybody who thinks @realDonaldTrump will allow any of this is a naive fool-he and family are laughing all the way to the bank--tragic
The Rothschild family member Tweeted in response to journalist Will Wilkinson Tweet, in which he Tweeted that a good gesture from incoming congress would them being clearer on anti-nepotism, conflict of interest and anti-corruption rules.
Wilkinson's Tweet Said:
A great good-faith gesture from the incoming GOP congress would be clearer anti-nepotism, conflict of interest, and anti-corruption rules.
Donald Trump has been somewhat bold with his policies, but only time will tell if they are implemented properly. According to JTA.org Jared Kushner, a son-in-law of President-elect Donald Trump and a key campaign adviser, is considering counseling Trump without a salary to work around federal anti-nepotism laws, according to reports.
The Associated Press and other media reported Monday that Kushner, 35, is exploring the legality of staying on as an unpaid adviser when Trump assumes the presidency.
Donald Trump's Anti-Corruption proposals and lobbying reform are welcomed by many, but there are also doubts he will be able to achieve this due tot he fact that he is surrounding himself with the very people anti-corruption reform is intended to go after.
“Generally, there are some good things in here,” says Lisa Gilbert, of the government watchdog group Public Citizen. “They’re mostly a step in the right direction and things we’d agree with and want to see enacted.”
He could well prove Lynn De Rothschild right, only time will tell.
