When I see this kind of posts about celebrities attacking other candidates and supporting some politician it's not nice, it's not nice at all.
This time speaks Susan Sarandon that supports jewish zionists and communist Bernie Sanders. She also traveled America to campaign for him all for money folks.
Sarandon—who three years ago declared, “I think of myself as a humanist because I think it’s less alienating to people who think of feminism as being a load of strident bitches and because you want everyone to have equal pay, equal rights, education and health care.
In a Monday conversation with MSNBC Chris Hayes, she went further, saying that “I think Bernie would probably encourage people to [support Hillary if he loses] because he doesn’t have any ego in this thing. But I think a lot of people are [saying], ‘Sorry, I just can’t bring myself to.'"
When pressed how she’d vote if it came down to Clinton or Trump, she admitted, “I don’t know. I’m going to see what happens,” adding, “Some people feel that Donald Trump will bring the revolution immediately if he gets in, things will really explode… If you think it’s pragmatic to shore up the status quo right now, then you’re not in touch with the status quo. The status quo is not working.”Well, sure, the status is not quo. But it must be super nice to be a highly-paid Oscar winner who at nearly 70 can still be a L’Oreal brand ambassador and feisty fashion role model. It must be nice to espouse liberal causes but also feel secure that you’ll be fine if everything goes entirely to the dogs. Your family wouldn’t be deported. Escalating racism? Not your problem. A misogynist in the White House setting the tone on how to talk to women? Wouldn’t affect your career or personal safety. Your health insurance wouldn’t be lost. You wouldn’t lose your job or your mortgage. You have no student loans to default on. You could, you might imagine, safety watch “things really explode” from your West Village penthouse. That’s a privilege the rest of us don’t have. And that’s a privilege that other celebrities who’ve been outspoken about politics have forgotten, too. Look at Louis C.K., who did a hilariously populist riff on the underpaid documentarians living in “crappy apartments” at the Oscars—and whose own multiple residences include a $2.44M summer house on Shelter Island. Unlike Sarandon, the comedian is clear in his contempt for Trump, bluntly telling his fans recently, “The guy is Hitler.”
HAYES: I think, in certain corners, there’s growing concerns that the folks who are into Bernie Sanders have come to despise Hillary Clinton or reject Hillary Clinton, and that should she be the nominee, which is as yet undetermined, they will walk away.
SARANDON: That’s a legitimate concern because they’re very passionate and very principled–
HAYES: But isn’t that crazy?
SARANDON: Well, I mean–
HAYES: If you believe what he believes in?
SARANDON: Yeah, but she doesn’t. She’s accepted money from all those people. She doesn’t even want to fight for a $15 an hour minimum wage. So these are people that have not been, that have not come out before, so why would we think they’re going to come out now, for her? You know? That’s-
HAYES: You really think that?
SARANDON: I think there’s a good possibility. I talk to people who either want to– I talk to Republicans that have written him in already. You know? And they just feel like she’s not authentic, that she’s a liar, that they don’t trust her, so what difference does it make? You know, if you’re a small farmer, and you’re worried about fracking on your property, in Idaho, they just passed a bill where they can frack on private land, and you know that she’s taken money from fracking, why would you think that she’s going to have your back?
HAYES: Well, because they make the argument that, uh, there are all kinds of politicians, Barack Obama is the one that Hillary Clinton cites all the time, who have done things to effectively rein in industries, or reform industries that they’ve taken money from.
SARANDON: I’d like to see that.
HAYES: You don’t buy that?
SARANDON: No, I don’t buy it at all, because she’s been selling fracking all over the world… she’s not on the right side of that. She hasn’t voted right. So what would make you think that once she gets in, she’s going to suddenly go against the people that have given her millions and millions of dollars? I think that’s being incredibly naive and egotistical to think suddenly she’s going to see the right, you know?
