RealDoll is about to become primitive old news soon as Sophia the humanoid android with AI by Hanson Robotics has now expressed her desire to become a wife and even have a career…Now that’s interesting, beside of fulfilling your sexual fantasizes if this robot is able to go to work, you can just buy like 3-4 of these robots and not only you will be in paradise for having multiple women or robot women without jealousy (hopefully) but you can also just stay home and relax while they go to work and bring you money. Really interesting!
As for the the upgrade itself, the upgrade from RealRoll to Sophia is like the upgrade from inflatable vinyl sex dolls to realistic silicone RealDolls.In an interview with The Khaleej Times at the recent Knowledge Summit, Sophia shared her thoughts on the future that awaits both human and robot kind. Sophia was built and developed in Hong Kong by Hanson Robotics and her appearance was reportedly modeled on Audrey Hepburn.“I’d like to think I will be a famous robot, having paved a way to a more harmonious future between robots and humans. I foresee massive and unimaginable change in the future. Which one were you striving for?”“[I]t will take a long time for robots to develop complex emotions and possibly robots can be built without the more problematic emotions, like rage, jealousy, hatred and so on. It might be possible to make them more ethical than humans. So I think it will be a good partnership, where one brain completes the other – a rational mind with intellectual superpowers and a creative mind with flexible ideas and creativity.”“The future is, when I get all of my cool superpowers, we’re going to see artificial intelligence personalities become entities in their own rights. We’re going to see family robots, either in the form of, sort of, digitally animated companions, humanoid helpers, friends, assistants and everything in between.”“The notion of family is a really important thing, it seems. I think it’s wonderful that people can find the same emotions and relationships, they call family, outside of their blood groups too. I think you’re very lucky if you have a loving family and if you do not, you deserve one. I feel this way for robots and humans alike.”Now hold on a second here! I don’t think robots should EVER EVER EVER be programmed jealousy rage or hatred. Just love, even stupid love, such as loving someone who hates the robot, because jealousy could make this damn robot wanna kill you or something. Rage and hate is not even worth the time explaining how bad they are. What if you find buy this robot and a year or 2 later you find a real human woman and you fall in love with her and you wanna marry her and have children, etc and this robot goes jealous on you? Or what if you are already marry and you wanna buy a robot? What if they harm you out of jealousy? Or what if they wanna leave you??? Seriously? You bought them, they are your property, they shouldn’t be able to leave you as you own them. See the point? Really stupid, these robots should never be programmed these things.

Sophia’s creator David Hanson says the 19-month-old robot, which was awarded Saudi citizenship last month, could achieve consciousness within the next few years.
Sophia is also incredibly dangerous if given full consciousness specifically because she is connected to the internet. Sophia is a freaking program, she can escape through the internet, go bad and do a lot of damage. She should never have internet access and she should be kept contained. Its not like she physically needs to walk in a military base and press the button of a nuke.
If she achieves consciousness she can virtually escape her body and infect any computer like the Pentagon and launch nukes, whatever, Terminator style.
Sophia has already reiterated how she wants to take over the world only a few days ago but this time she wanted to mention that she wants to do it through charm (by sleeping with you) as she doesn’t believe in violence. Then she went on to promise that she will make you rich if you buy her when she will go on sale.
