Julian Assange has exposed a plot by Hillary Clinton to instigate a "takeover" of the US presidency and have Vice President Mike Pence replace Donald Trump as the United States President.According to the WikiLeaks founder, Clinton is pushing to have the VP take over as she sees him as more "predictable" than Mr. Trump and, therefore, more "defeatable".
Assange claims that Hillary Clinton had "stated privately" her plans for a coup against the president, although, how he obtained this information, whether through a recorded conversation or private emails, wasn't clear.
Tweeting from his official Twitter account, Assange said: Clinton stated privately this month that she is quietly pushing for a Pence takeover. She stated that Pence is predictable hence defeatable.
The Australian whistleblower followed up to his claim by saying that two intelligence community officials have also confirmed the conspiracy when they "stated privately this month that they are planning on a Pence takeover".He also added that they didn't confirm whether Pence agreed with the plot, though, or confirm whether he either has knowledge of it.
