Suggested donations on his website for ‘Hurricane Disaster Relief’ start at $50, with $100 and $200 donations also suggested.
The page reads in part:

We want to let you know that our hearts are with each of you and your families during this difficult time. We are praying for you and we are praying for our city, and for all of those affected by the devastating flooding and rains caused by Hurricane Harvey. We love you and we love this city. And we want to help.
… if you would like to donate to our relief efforts, please do so here in this page.

In the meantime, know that our prayers for strength and comfort for each of you will continue, as well as our prayers for God’s help as we navigate the upcoming days and months together.
We love you. And we are praying. Together, we will make it through this difficult time.
In other words, Joel loves you, and he needs your money…
Heavy reports Osteen’s net worth is around $40 million.
Osteen’s primary home is a $10.5 Million River Oaks Mansion:

In 2010, the Osteen family moved from their home in Tanglewood, which was valued at $2.9 million, to a $10.5 million mansion in River Oaks.
The River Oaks home is a 17,000-square-foot stone mansion in the Tall Timbers subdivision. It’s located on 1.86 acres of land and reportedly had six bedrooms, six bathrooms, three elevators and five fireplaces when it was purchased. It also had a one-bedroom guest house along with a pool house. When the couple purchased the home, they had to pay $260,000 in property taxes for the year.
